Professional Profile – Patrick MacNeil
Patrick has been providing auditing, training and system documentation services to various industries for over 15 years. He has experience in the automotive, retail and service industries and has written and successfully implemented quality/business systems for companies ranging in sizes from two (2) to over 700 employees.
Patrick provides auditing, training and consulting services across North America with clients in the automotive, electronic, CNC machining, custom fabrication, precious metals, power generation, and pulp and paper industries.
Patrick’s background began with Tier One automotive suppliers for GM, Chrysler, Honda and Toyota providing light, medium and heavy metal stamping components and painted assemblies and vehicle sealing systems with himself having responsibility for engineering, quality, equipment and facility maintenance functions.
Patrick is an Exemplar Global ISO9001:2015 Principal Auditor, Exemplar Global ISO14001:2015 Principal Auditor, a Plexus ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, an IATF16949:2016 Supplier Auditor and a QMC VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
Professional Profile – Carolyn Macdonald
Carolyn has been providing auditing, consulting and training in quality system design, development, implementation and improvement for over 20 years.
An IATF 16949:2016 Certified Automotive Lead Auditor, and Exemplar Global ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor, she has conducted over 1,500 third-party assessments as well as developed and implemented over 50 systems in various industries.
Carolyn’s background began with Tier One automotive suppliers for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda and Toyota providing metal stamping components and assemblies, plastic and urethane molding, and interior trim products. Responsibilities included roles in quality management, supplier development, laboratory testing and training/development functions.
Carolyn has designed and delivered many training programs for Internal Auditing, Automotive Core Tools, Problem Solving and Facilitator skills.
Carolyn’s practical application is with organizations in automotive parts manufacturing, off road equipment manufacturing, chemicals, construction, transportation, distribution, education, food and public service industries.
