This session is 3 days and includes detailed review of the IATF standard, conducting automotive process based audits and writing non-conformances..  

Practical application exercises and role plays are conducted by the participants using a case study. The programme includes a review of the application of the core tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP) and integrating customer specific requirements into the audit process. Evaluation of competence is included.

This 2 day session includes a review of the applicable standard and conducting audits based on ISO9011. Case studies and role plays provide your auditors with the skills to conduct internal audits with confidence. Certificate of training is provided.

  This training session is designed to provide participants with the understanding of what tools are available and their specific use for determining true root cause. Participants will also learn how to approach problem solving in a methodical manner with the end result to permanently resolve the issue. This material can be customized based on actual incidents resulting from your organizations processes and is built around the 8D methodology. The case study is supported through practical application exercises such as fact finding missions and role plays conducted by the participants. 2 or 3 day options are available.

This one day workshop provides an overview of how each of the core tool manuals applies to the planning of new products for the automotive industry. The class working in teams will participate in discussions and workshops for a “hands on approach”. 

This 1 day session will provide the attendees with the skills to compile or review PPAP and service PPAP packages for your organization. Using examples and situations the group will become familiar with the various records that are required and what key information should be on each. Use of Ford, GM and Chrysler customer specifics for PPAP is integrated throughout the session. 

This interactive session is designed to provide participants with the understanding of the recently released AIAG VDA FMEA Handbook.   The session covers planning your transition, measuring the effectiveness of the FMEA, the value in foundational FMEA approaches, covers the 7 step process and how it aligns with APQP, understanding the failure chain and using the new ranking tables to determine action priorities

Materials: Each participant receives a copy of the session presentation workbook and a certificate of attendance.

Focus of the automotive oversight bodies is looking at how the industry is responding to system non-conformances.  This has driven updates in the IATF Auditor Guide 4th Edition.

This 1 day session will focus on corrective actions for system issues.  Emphasis on correction versus corrective action, using root cause tools, verification of effectiveness across. This session is a must before your next IATF surveillance audit.

Decisions should be made based on data. Statistical Process Control (SPC) generates information to assist in this decision making process. This information is a result live process performance tracking. With this information corrective action can be taken before a failure actually occurs.

 The session provides an overview of how Measurement Systems Analysis applies to the planning of new products & existing products for the automotive industry. The class working in teams will participate in discussions and workshops for a “hands on approach”. Customer specific documents will be integrated into the training.

CQI assessment tools have been developed by the automotive industry to drive best practises and continual improvement.  Have our consultants conduct this assessment at your location. CQI-9 heat treat and CQI-23 molding are our specialties. 

Have CMAC assess your system against the MAQMSR second Edition Guidelines.  This assessment is required for automotive  Sub-Tier suppliers who are ISO9001:2015 certified but not IATF registered. This audit will demonstrate to your customers that they meet the additional Automotive specific requirements
